Apply
to any toe puff material, best if use thermoplastic
film. |

Attached heat oven to increase output and short the heating
time. |

After
pre-moulding of toe cap, the shoe last insertion is more
easier. |

After
moulding, the upper and lining will be adhered tightly to ensure no
wrinkle & pleat happened. |

The
toe cap is pre-shaped, insole fabric sewing can be adjusted more
accurately so that shoe upper doesn't get off the center
line. |

Custom-made last mould offers the highest
accuracy. |

Purposed model of cooling & heating or double cooling
& heating are adapted to the requirement of
